Customer Relationship Management tool for travel agents to manage the flow of travel leads forwarded by Tripoto. The tool enables travel agents to work on travel leads and distribute them among their subordinates.​

Challenges

We had to make certain that our audience easily adapts to the overhauled product. To ensure this, I decided to keep the colours, icons and CTAs similar to the old design.

The user group consists of low to medium informed people in the use of computers, so we decided to make video tutorials and presentations on how to use the new tool instead of making walkthroughs in the product itself.

Designing this product feature on our Mobile Application: The objective was to keep the design language consistent and provide a shallow learning curve for the users.
